Euroshop is the largest international fair devoted to the Retail sector, which will be held in Düsseldorf from the 16th to the 20th of February. A showcase of excellence to present a world preview of the new series of semi-hermetic compressors, ZTK and FVR.
Two innovative lines, result of the intense work of the Frascold R&D team, always committed to designing solutions to anticipate the needs of a constantly evolving market.

An important input comes both at European and worldwide level, thanks to the F-Gas regulation and the Kigali Agreement, aimed to promote the adoption of refrigerants with a low emission. Furthermore, several studies are showing how energy consumption related to refrigeration and air conditioning systems have a strong impact on management costs” stated Livio Calabrese, Frascold’s Sales & Marketing Director, who also added “The new series of semi-hermetic ZTK compressors, suitable for transcritical CO2 application and FVR, double screw compressors, were created precisely to meet the needs of the operators in commercial and industrial sectors, to aim at the efficiency of the entire cold chain, with high-tech solutions, able to ensure low energy costs and low noise level, for a superior environmental comfort”.
The new Z TK series features high reliability and is ideal for large systems such as hypermarkets, shopping centers and distribution or storage centers. Specific technical features such as minimal carry-over, a reduction of pulsations and a low vibration level grant a smooth running and are able to ensure significant decrease of the compressor noise and a high energy efficiency.
Excellent performances also for FVR series and thanks to a careful study of the special profile of the screw, allows compressors partialization. The series, created to satisfy the industrial refrigeration needs of medium-sized enterprises, is a Plug&Play solution and can be used with both HFC refrigerants and hydrocarbons, boasting a coefficient of performance COP 5% higher than previous models.
