New version V1.25 of FSS3 Frascold Selection Software

The new version 1.25 of Frascold Selection Software (FSS3) is available.

With the latest release, version 1.25.3, the update cycle for version 1.25 of the Frascold Selection Software is now complete.

Version 1.25, released in multiple phases, has progressively introduced a set of updates that enhance the software’s reliability and expand its selection capabilities.

Below are the details of all the updates.

The new features of the FSS3 Frascold Selection Software

v1.25.3

RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS:

• Added Two-Stage compressors: S4-21.14Y, S7-32.20Y.
• Added power supply -2NU (460/3/60/DOL UL, 208-230/3/60/DOL UL, 208-230/3/60/PWS UL) to CO₂ Subcritical - UL compressors series, size S.
• Added power supply -2NU (460/3/60/DOL UL, 208-230/3/60/DOL UL, 208-230/3/60/PWS UL) to CO₂ Transcritical Heavy Duty – UL compressors series, size S and Z.
• Added new LSPM motors to size Q, S and Z of the CO₂ – Transcritical Heavy Duty compressors series (400/3/50/DOL-STAR, 460/3/60/DOL-STAR).
• The C6 series of open-type compressors is displayed only when the “Show out-of-production models" option is selected.

SCREW COMPRESSORS:

• Extension of the low temperature operating range for CX Air – ATEX compressors series (CXH and CXHI) with R290.
• Added power supply 575/3/60/PWS for FVR-LT and FVR-MT compressors series.
• New Aluminium compressors series, with Ammonia (R717) refrigerant.
• Open MT (ATSH) and Open LT (ATSL) series of open type compressors, with external oil separator, is displayed only when the “Show out-of-production models" option is selected.
