New expertise for even closer technical support
The Frascold Competence Center continues to evolve and strengthen its team, confirming its strategic role in providing technical support to customers throughout the entire compressor life cycle.
The Competence Center serves as the key point of reference for application support and for all after-sales and service activities, with the aim of delivering reliable, efficient and tailor-made solutions.
The team is coordinated by Marco Bortolussi, who brings solid technical expertise developed at Frascold starting in the R&D department and further consolidated over time in application support and pre-sales activities. His expertise in ATEX and PED regulations is a key asset in supporting customers even in the most complex projects.
Working alongside him is Claudio Peraro, After Sales Technical Support Specialist and a long-standing reference point for Frascold’s technical assistance. His career at the company, which began over 20 years ago in production, enables him to provide practical and highly qualified support, both in the office and directly on site.
Matteo Cerini, After Sales Technical Support Specialist, has also joined the Competence Center, coming from the Quality department. His in-depth knowledge of component characteristics and Frascold compressor manufacturing processes represents significant added value for the team, contributing to increasingly precise technical support.
With this new configuration, the Frascold Competence Center further strengthens its consultative approach, working closely with customers and offering cross-functional expertise in products, technologies, systems and refrigerants, in order to effectively meet every design requirement.
