FVR SERIES - MT - UL

The innovative FVR series of semi-hermetic screw compressors, UL certified, is the result of intense work by the Frascold R&D team, which has always been committed to designing solutions that can meet the needs of a market in continuous evolution, such as the refrigeration market.

The FVR series is variable frequency drive (VFD) compatible for greater flexibility and efficiency. All models also have a lower starting current compared to traditional solutions, thereby guaranteeing a further reduction in the mechanical stresses put on components.

Easy installation and maintenance

These are plug-and-play solutions that stand out for their ease of installation. In addition, simplifying the installation and maintenance operations are the new piping discharge line, the particular position of the oil injection port, and the displacement of the end plate on the side of the machine, providing simpler access to the wiring.

Versatility of use

The connections on the FVR semi-hermetic screw compressors, UL certified, have universal compatibility. All the compressors can be connected in parallel, even with different models, to guarantee the very highest flexibility of use.

Improved COP

By virtue of the precise analysis in the design phase, the FVR screw compressors with UL certification have a coefficient of performance (COP) which is 5% higher compared to previous models.

Compact dimensions

The compact design guarantees greater cooling capacity with smaller dimensions.

Quietness

One of the FVR semi-hermetic screw compressor’s strong points is its quietness, ensured by the screw profile.
